Maxi sound muse, Can I talk with that soundcard??

Hi, I have a Maxi sound muse soundcard and I want to know if I can talk with it. I can heard every one but not talk. My windows recorder work fine and I can talk to other with MSN messenger, but nothin with teamspeak, teamspeak doesn't recognize my mic


What I can do???
Change sound card or reconfigure it??
or something else???
