cant log in/users dont show when on/can still talk

what could be the cause of this?

we got our server colocated and we cannot get to it.. but as it seems our host aint gonna do nothing. is not gonna do something about it im gonna find out what is wrong.

server version: 2.0.19.16
server ip: 80.253.114.166:8759

tried with client version: 2.0.28.40

users don't show when on?

make sure that you have a default channel :) (SA: just select one and hit the default-flag)
