i am having problems with feed back....when i conect i cna hear my self talk after speacking but others are not having this problem....can you help with settings

Make sure that

1) the ouput for the microphone is muted (dont mute the input though! ;))

2) the microphone is the only selected source for recording.

3) to know who exactly is causing the echo. If you are on a server together with just one person it is also possible that the other user does echo your output on his speakers back to you.


PS: please post your problems in the according section of the board. Needing help with feedback is hardly a suggestion.
