from time to time on my server (ip: imortal.kicks-ass.net) the default channel gets removed (IE: the D next to the channel is gone). As a result people go invisible and to remedy this I have to access my weblogin and allow anonymous people to edit and create default channels and then create a new default channel and relogin. The problem is why does it happen? sometimes it happens when people are logged on, sometimes when nobody is on. I was logged in one time and saw it change from Default to no default and corrected it in time, but I still can't see why it happens. Is there a patch to address this? Something I can do? any help would be welcomed at sean_fahey********.com.
