read the server-manual please...
I hate people who are too lazy to read / search and thus ask stupid questions...

I hate smartasses too! Just becuase the guy is a little lazy, or maybe not the best at finding info doesnt mean that comments like that are warrented. Seems that the nly support anyone is getting from the TS team is simmilar to this. So much for support.

Do his job, and after 100 posts we'll talk again!
Two possibilities:
Either you pay 15$ vor a licence, so that the support can be paid, and then you'll get a detailed answer to any question - even to the really stupid ones!
Or, TS keeps being freeware for privat use, and everybody spends 15 minutes on reading the manual!
So, what do you prefer?

Correct me if I'm wrong but there IS no MANUAL included with the RC2 server(At least not for linux.)

the manual was completed after the last official release, that's why it's included in the FAQ:

oh and AceMan:
is that all what you have to say to me for wasting my time in this forum helping people?...
I always try to at least point them into the right direction but I'm not going to waste my time with answering one question again and again... If you read the forum rules you'd know that you should use the search function and read the faq before you open a new thread or post anywhere...
But instead of deleting such stupid posts I still help people, and finally some people like you make me wasting my time by justifiing my way of helping...

I didn't find it all that difficult to set up a teamspeak server for me and my friends, and I didn't read anything. The hardest part about it was probably finding the username and password for the Admin account it sets up at the start, but other than that, I didnt have any problem.
Can I suggest that you include a Direct link to the FAQ and/or manual in the linux server tar.bz distribution. I read the Readme.txt but it only includes links to "upcoming rc2 server release" and a link to the tcpquery commands rc2.

My fault! It's only in the client packages! So, I'm just half right!
Anyway, I also mention the F.A.Q., and there IS a server manual.
So, there's no excuse - not that I blame you!
