Hello,

i REALLY would like, if you can controll the TS Client from an other program.

What i wanna do:
I´m developing a program named ServerWatch. www.serverwatch.tk

I have a AntiCheat client also that runs on the client and so i can do some stuff there (on that pc) also ;-)
I wanna implement TS in that way that it changes the rooms automatically like it should be. If a player is playing in the playing channel - if he is dead in the spectator channel.

Maybe you can imagine other features also because i think that’s really only one small step. But to do so i need a possibility to control the TS Client from my program. The other possibility is to
invent all again and put i directly into the AntiCheatClient but that don’t make to much sense - IMHO

Some possibility’s I can imagine. a
1. You release a plug in Interface and I write the connection stuff myself in the plug in
2. You make it possible to access the program with a or some data interaction services like dde, cobra, or only stupid windows messages
3. You do nothing at all – and that would be very pity I think

Thx in advance

I want to do the same thing but for America's Army.

I think the most likely way to control TeamSpeak in the manner we want is through the telnet interface to the server, though I guess it could be done with the Delphi API (anybody porting this to C?) ... i'm not sure if the API has the commands to move people from room to room though.

The telnet server definitly doesn't at the moment. I requested it in another thread ages ago, but nobody really responded.

Sounds like I'm looking for the same kind of thing that is being discussed. Obviously, the Game Makers have to be open to it, but consider being able to ...

Join a channel on a server, and launch an interface for Battle Field 1942. When in the game, if you join Allied, you switch to sub-channel allied. If you get switched (or choose to switch) to Axis, you change to the axis sub-channel. I was playing with a goup of 4 on a server, and got switched to the 'other side' so the teams would be even. Of course, hearing everything the other 3 were saying put in in the position to take them out pretty easily.

We also use Flight Sim 2002 a good deal, and work through regular Air Traffic calls at uncontrolled airports, and sometimes one of the guys will launch a radar program and act as ATC. It would be great if we could have our Teamspeak subchannels switch with the changes to the in-game radio frequency. Iff I change from 122.5 to 148.1, have my sub-channel change...

Just some thoughts,

SDK anyone?

:) Don't get all too excited though. I think we will change the license so that companies can't get the client integrated as a freebie. Which would seriously benefit the company. Not us.
Open source software and freeware, all non-commercial would have the option to integrate it.

But that's all stuff we still have to take care of ;)

if you don’t care i take the sdk *G*

My software is Email Ware as shown on the webpage.

I was searching for the "telnet interface" a little but also but no luck until yet maybe you can handout some information’s.

BTW: my software is written in delphi to so communication between my program and TS should be absolutely no problem

if you install latest client, you have a directory sdk
with that you can control the client like connect, disconnect, switch channel etc etc...

Well it is working fine - the example is more than ok i got it working in less than 5 minutes.

The ServerWatch AntiCheat has the TS now integrated and switching the channels like it should be. Only one problem left - the nice woman voice can be very distracting i head from a user if you heard it 5/s *G*
If would be cool if you can add a new function to the sdk where the developer can choose to do some thing in Team Speak without the "confirmation" messages. Or even a temporary deactivation of all sounds would help.

Thx
