Installing TS_RC2 Server on the internet

I am about to try it... but if anyone has already done it or knows it cannot be done please share the information.

do you have server-access or just webspace?

my real desire is to access the server from anywhere that has internet connection. i also hate leaving my computer on 24/7 so people can access the server. i do have plenty of webspace and even a friend with a couple dedicated servers if i need em.
