I know this is a Sticky up top . but it hasn't been posted in for awhile except for me , was wondering if anyone could help

I have been playing with your tutorial on several different machines , and I cannot seem to get it to run at all.
I have on average about 16 IPs per machine

This was my Final attempt

I tried it with Different Ips , I did the Tutorial right 2 the T , I copied it clearly , did all the changes needed, then I started to try to get a little more indepth with it , the only thing that happens is I end up logging onto the same channel that everyone can speak to each other .
And I am not setup as superadmin or admin I did all my tests with Guest accounts
any help would be great help
