Wen I go on TS I can hear eny one but wen I tried To Talk I can't talk!! but the can hear the sound of my computer!! like the game ore TS but not my voice!!!

in the settings of TS i used activate local test mode, I can then only hear some strance nois like the sound that i used in the computer!!

Be fore i reinstalled WINDOWS XP PRO TS works after the install not
I tried some driver fore my sound card nothing helps!!!

It depends on what program you use to change the settings for your soundcard. You have to open some kind of soundcard mixer and there choose MIC as your record device. It seems that you have somehow set WAVEOUT for recording. That explains why your friends don't hear you talking but just the music and gameplay sounds.
