server side mixing / reencoding

and can every client choose his own quality ?
client 1 sends/ recieves win celp 5.2
client 2 sends/ recieves celp 6.3
client 3 sends/recieves GSM 16.4

and the server reencodes the stream for every client in the chosen quality ?

This kind of along the same line. What about adding a "stereoize" option to the TS client that would take incoming streams and allow them to be split up. IE, two people talking at once, one on left channel and one on right channel? It would have a positive impact on people talking over eachother.
