TeamSpeak client command line events

It would be nice to add commands, executed on events.
for example:
on JOIN event, command line: speechsay.exe %playernick% has joined.
on QUIT event, command line: speechsay.exe %playernick% has left server.

I think this would be very nice feature to have event handler.
Then i can speak with people without mic..
example: On MSG execute: speechsay.exe %nick% says %text%
On JOIN execute: addtolog.exe %nick% joined server
or On JOIN execute: speechsay.exe %nick% joined server..

sure developers may add just speech ability, but command line will be very flexible solution, I can configure On JOIN event, to send sms message or icq message..
