Channel window scroll-lock, channel join/leave voice announcements

A few suggestions:

1. make the channel window scroll locked. Presently, we use a server that has many channels, when anyone joins in any channel, the channel window is modified to a different scrolled position, typically obscuring or hiding our team channel, so we have to scroll up and down to see who is on the server, very inconvenient.

2. Add voice announcements for persons joining/leaving your current channel.

Adding your comments to a previously suggested idea/thread is much more important than starting a new thread.

That way you can also see all the thought that has already gone into the idea and help you understand why it has not already been implemented.

Please Please Please search the forums for your ideas first. Nine times out of ten, they have been suggested already many times.
