Runnig a home server

What IP address do I use that will allow people to connect to my server. I have two computers, one with a TS server and one without. I am using a router to connect both of my computers to the internet.

connect from inside LAN: use ONLY LAN IP
from outside of LAN (WAN): WAN IP => you need to forward the TS server port to your TS server's LAN IP (consult your router manual for forwarding, and check the FAQ for TS port,...)
