Hello. I am having a bit of trouble getting TeamSpeak to get sound from the Mic In port of my sound card. I have a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz sound card, A LeadTek WinFast TV Tuner, and some headphones that have the built on mic. I have the Headphones plugged into the Versajack on the back of the Santa Cruz. I have the microphone on the headphones plugged into the Mic In port on the back on the Santa Cruz. The TV Tuner is plugged into the Line In Port on the back of the Santa Cruz. My problem is that TeamSpeak 2 RC2 keeps getting the audio from the Line In port instead of the Mic In port. I have looked all through the TeamSpeak settings and I can't find a place to select the audio source. Am I just missing something simple? Can someone help me solve this issue? Thanks,

Tavis

Have you tried your mic with other applications on your system? If you have XP there is a place in your control panel to test your mic.

It picks up the TV Tuner still in other apps. When I test the Mic. and have it all the way up and test the sound it gets like an echo noise that constantly plays back.........I read more about this on this board and it seems to be a hardware issue.......

Sounds weird, but try this. Go to your settings and change your bandwidth from unlimited to some like 17 kbs. This worked for me. I was having a simular problem last night. He is a link to what I posted earlier today.
