Okay, I have the TCP 14534 open and foward to the server PC...
As well as the UDP 8786...Server works well, and I can access the Web Admin from other computers on the WorkGroup, but computers outside of the network can't.

I am using the LAN-IP for the server to try it. I.e. "LAN-IP:14534/login.html"

Doesn't work. I have also tried it with my Dynamic DNS...Still no go.

Can someone help me get it where computers out of the workgroup can access the webadmin on the server PC.

I have Server Version: 2.0.19.16.

Oh, I also had to fill in the BoundToIP thing in the Server.ini..(Have to have it to make server work)

Thanks
Randall

I hate you too...???? You think I care..

I posted it twice maybe because I thought I would get a better reply in the "SERVER" section...

Use your brain a lil why don't you instead of jumping on to everybody.

What's with the picture of yourself? Like we all want to look at a picture of you..... I hate it when people use their picture in there posts(thankfully not too many do). Stop slammin' people for trying to fix a problem in a timely matter.

The reason he put his pic there was so we could all see how stupid he is. That is why he didn't try to help.

I ran into the same problem with accessing the web admin in UT2003 I could from the internal network, but was unable to from outside the network. I had my server on a win2K box, I loaded win XP Pro and was able to then access it from the outside. Some kinda glitch with win2K. Hope it helps

Weird, Im running Win98.

I have WinXP on this machine. I guess I will try and put the server on this box, and see if it is accesiable from outside.

Thanks for reply!

uh? people from the outside would have to use the wan (internet) ip.. not the lan-ip :)

I have the DynamicDNS, and port forwarding on TCP 14534.

Should work.

- firewall blocking the port ?
- check with a port scanner if 14534 TCP is open

Otherwise I see no reason why it should not work while the server can be accessed from the WAN.

PS: cross postings are not well seen here ! Avoid it in futer posts !

PPS: your comment is not necessary. If pkw doesn't helps, you do not need to post further unnecessary post !
