you can have the red light m8 when u register with the server and the server admin grants u certain rights like ,channel commander its that easy

you can become channel commander if you have permissions to... click "self / channel commander"

so you don't have permissions to be a channel commander... ask for another flag like R or CA or SA... it's in the permissions system, so you could also check the server-manual (in the faq-section)
