I have tried asking many of the already registered admins how they were able to become registered admins they however choose not to repond to me and promptly banned me and my ip from one of the ts main servers. I am greatly inraged and dissapointed by SatanClaus and whats his face linuxfan these two people were very uncoroporative. THEY NO WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT (UWC_PIERRE)

sorry, but nobody gets banned without a good reason... and it wasn't me who banned you, for naming your channel "2PWK.LINUXFAN IS A WANNABE".
We told you not to pop-up your channels by using names like AAAAAAAAA or 0firstchannel... and if that's your reaction, that's how it goes... :p

btw: all bans are ip bans, so redial and reconnect...

and obey the rules and you don't have any problems with any SA...

answer the question why can't i start a channel with an 0 in front of it

that's because you try to push up your channel by typing a 0 in front of the channel name... Others try AAA, and that's how you exploit the alphabetical sorting order.
If everyone starts to push up his own channel this leads to channel names like 000000000000me, 00000you, AAAATom... and that's what we want to prevent. So it doesn't matter who does it...
