how do i register so i can be a registered user on the program??

you can't be a registered user of the program, you just can be registered on a server, so the server remembers your flags.

so if the server allows everyone to register, click on Self / Register with server... if the server doesn't allow it (it's greyed out then) you have to ask an admin (SA-Flag) to grant you permissions to register with server. After that you again click on Self / Register with server.
