No1 cant connect to my server!

Hello guys!
Ok i made a server with TS2 server v2.0.19.16 and no1 cant connect to the server. i give correct IP and correct Password to the server but they cant it appears:No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it
Does any1 know anything about it? Some help would be greatfull!

do you have a router?
which os do you use?

why don't you upgrade your server to one of the latest developer releases?

no router, no firewall, winXP
i have TS2 RC2 Server _201916

first of all upgrade your server (link developer releases in my signature)

second: are you sure that your winxp-internal firewall is turned off?

ok done. upgraded server build_37 turned off internal firewall
but they got bad response from server :( wot can it be?

Which port is TS Server running on.. if its not the default port people would have to enter to port aswell as the ip to join..

What ip are you giving them? I hope your not accidentally giving out your LAN ip (if you have one)

Can you connect to it?..
The persons who can't connect, can they connect to different servers?
