I am having a problem where i keep coming in scratchy and I tried doing many things but nothings working does anyone got any ideas?

Maybe you should consult a doctor. I'm sure he will prescribe you a medicine against your chill.

Or is your problem more in a psychological meaning ? Please consult a psychologist since this forum does not support this are.

your question is VERY detailed, indeed. We have to take out our glas balls to magically guess what config (HW, SW, driver,...) you are using.
How nutty, all our glas balls are currently broken, so we can't help you !
