No Green Light , No 1 can hear :|

OK!
you see my problem is im in a very sucessful clan and we all need to use teamspeak, but unfortunately ive wiped my pc and put my programs back on including the TS2 plus the new version and well um, when i try n talk it wont let me, the green light doesent show, everything on my comp is normal, for some reason it just wont let me talk , ive spent 3 hours on it messing with settings, GUYS i need HELP! plz could u get back to me it would be greatful

Set it to push to talk in Settings Sound input output. At least the green light will light up :)

Maybe boost your mic in the windows mixer?
Then finetune it in the above menu. Use local testmode for that.

I have the same problem as he does I wiped my hard drive and reinstalled but still, no green light. But my mic works fine, I can hear myself through my speakers but when I press my talk button (ctrl, and I've tried others) I get no green light. I don't get anything in the local test mode either. If you need more information let me know cause I really like your teamspeak service and this if the first time I've had a problem with it :)

Did u guys check if the channels u joined were moderated...coz then u need to request voice...
