The stange thing also is that I can connect to the Lan ip but not the ip I use over the internet. And other people can connect to the server but me :(

It should be no problem, some routers don't allow it.
If you connect to lan IP, you should hear your teammembers and your teammembers wil hear you

Did you do a recent firmware on your router (if you use one)? If so, that firmware may have "broken" loopback capability. My router, the Linksys BEFSX41, originally had the loopback function, but recent firmwares broke this capability. I went back to the last firmware that does support this function.
I havent change anything... That's the whole problem. For about 2 month ago I could connect to it.
But now when I havent change anything I can't connect to my own server.
I have just fixed the problem.... It was that I had DMZ on me.
When I disabled it I could connect to it by the external ip
