Has anyone had getting TS to work with a proxy for their internet connection? And if so please post the proxy and what settings you use.

basically you have to consult the manual of your proxy...
if you want to connect to an external server you should search for key-words like NAT or forwarding.

if you want to host yourself you just have to know that you have to forward the server-port (default is 8767) to the computer which is running the server.
