I Can't Hear Anything When I Go On TS!

Hi, Everytime I go into Team Speak it shuts the sound off of everything!! I cant listen to my teamates on ts and I cant hear any sound when im playing Soldier of Fortune 2. Nothing is muted on my Ts I made sure! I think it might be something wrong in my volume controls on my computer. For some reason it kills the sound on everything as soon as I go into it!! Can you please give me some suggestions of what I should do.
