Autoconnect shortcut?

Any way to make a shartcut to connect to a server with a specified username and password?
I was able to figure out how to have it automatically connect under a guest login, but the username/password command eludes me. :-)

my shortcut says something like this:

C:\Programme\Teamspeak2\Client\Teamspeak2_RC2\Team Speak.exe voice.teamspeak.org/nickname=xxxxxx?password=xxxxxx?loginname=xxxxxxx? channel=xxxxxxxxx


put in your own data... additonal options like channel-passwords and sub-channels can be found in your client when clicking on "help / read manual"
open the boock, go to menu connection / connect and srocll down to the very bottom.
The options are the same as they are in web-links.
