wmp.dll version issue

After installing TS2 Win32 client, my Windows Media Player 9 stopped working. Here's the error:

The file wmp.dll has a version number of 9.0.0.2980 where 9.0.0.3008 was expected. Windows Media Player is not installed properly and must be reinstalled.

If I reinstall WMP will it screw up teamspeak's codecs?

Shouldn't, go ahead and re-install MPlayer, then check TS.

Reinstalled, and Media Player works fine, as does my TeamSpeak client.
