Sound cutting and nothing to hear

I got a little problem, my friend started a TS server yesterday and all worked fine. Today i log on it and still nothing wrong.
But then i'll log off for a couple of hours and BAM:

The speach from the others are cutting so i only hear 0.05 seconds of a sentence.
When i log on another server i'm using to, there is nothing wrong.

My friends using the "cutting" server have no problem hearing me.


What can i do to kill this problem?

sorry, but we need much more information...

it's very boring to always ask for the server and client versions, for the connections, for the whole hardware, with what does it work, etc...

so please think about your problem again and think about what could help us to help you.
