TS2 Crashes instantly when I have it start when windows starts

My TS is creashing instantly when it loads, I just reformatted and reinstalled xp, ts was one of the first programs i reinstalled. It works fine, it just wont load properly at startup (shortcut in startup folder worked before)

have you updated Windows? Have you upgraded to DX9? Have you Updated your HardWare drivers ie VideoCard/SoundCard/MotherBoard etc...

i had everything updated, but it doesnt do it anymore, so im fine now i guess.
