My Friends cannot hear me.......

here is the Deal, i have Windows 2000, DirectX 9, SIS MotherBoard, with Built in Audio, Well Recently, out of the Blue My Buddies on TS cannot hear me, i can hear them Fine, i messed with all kinds of things in attempt to fix this Problem, and yet still it did not work, so i decided, the integrated is a POS so ill go buy a New one and maybe it will work. The Sound Card I bought is a MAYA 5.1 made by Audiotrak, for some odd reason, upon installing this card my buddies can hear nothing but an annoying "DING!!!" every time i press the button, i know im going to feel like a retard when someone tells me something, but whip it out anyway this is making me ohh so Disgruntled.
