Mic not working

Earlier today TS worked fine. then I installed the newest Audigy drivers and now I can HEAR but I can't use the mic. ANy ideas?

yeah, the driver install probably reset your default recording device....

My Mic does not work as well....I installed TS, and am able to enter local test mode, the mic works when TS is not connected, and I am able to get the transmitt light to flicker on, tho I think it is simply triggering on a noise signal level. How can I check fo the default recording device under Win98? And how can I tell which is the proper Codec to use?

I have a noob question a bit
my PC has 3 sockets green red and blue
I know green is VOICE (I can here music when it's plugged to green which is also the middle socket) but which one is for mic? (ive never used a mic before) the red or the blue?
