Help us: Who uses TS2 in conjunction with MySQL?

We want to know about users using the TeamSpeak 2 server in conjunction with a mysql server (for instance for linking webpages, forums and registration on TeamSpeak servers).

We want to make a document about it so more people can be made happy with these sorts of nice features.
So if you run one and know how to do it: please report here.

Has anybody made a php system or something which allows to register to ts from a webpage ? Since TS is compatible with mysql this shouldn't be a problem. I wish this will look like registrating on forums and would allow requesting channels (which admin would accept or not).
