How do I specify which codec my TS server will use as default? With the latest version do I just have to uncheck any codecs I don't want used by members as they log in? One of my members informed me that my channel is currently set to 16.4 and I want to try a few new codecs out. Plz help.

you should read the server manual as it is described in there !
this forum is designed to ask questions not covered by the manual/FAQ.

you set the codec for each channel ONYL with the client (right cklick on channel, edit). In the webadmin you can unchek and therefore deny codes in general for your server (you can't then select them in edit channel)

Channels use codecs . Not the server. So just set the correct allowcodec stuff..
But it's weird anyway since users can specify the codec they want to use when creating a channel.
