locked out

ok here is the problem i have the lock with an x on it and when i go to self to take it off it want come off i can see everyone else but cant here or talk to them ..any ideal i thought about uninstaling it and reinstalling it but didnt want to unless i had to ..thanks WarHorse

Usually old client and codex not supported. So my advice is to upgrade for now.

Was this working before? The server might have the new Speex codecs installed and you do not. Try installing the most recent build (v2.0.29.47) here (ftp://ftp.teamspeak.org/releases/ts2_client_rc2_2029.exe) if yours is not up to date.

yes it is already installed in fact i reinstalled it ..and yes it was working just fine thats what i dont understand
