Timed Out? Even with the updated version of TS??

Ok.....I have read alot of threads here about ppl being 'timed out' and others asking about specs and examples. So i decided that i would start my own thread and see what kind of answers i get.

Well, i will start by giving you guys my PC specs:

Windows Xp Sp 1
TS2 Win32 Server (RC2)
version: 2.0.19.40
Cable\Lan Modem...no router

Now ..as u know that this version of TS is the updated version. But I am still having problems with ppl timing out. I have never experienced the 'timed out' problem with my connection but everyone who connects is getting it.
The only thing that I do not understand is that there is no pattern on the 'timed out'.

Example:

(02:19:43) SoSo joined the channel

(02:19:56) SoSo timed out

(02:20:02) SoSo joined the channel

(03:20:02) SoSo timed out

(03:20:05) SoSo joined the channel

(03:29:49) SoSo timed out



As you can see....the 'timed out' times vary quite often. And I have not experienced the problem that when ppl sign on that they automatically 'timed out'. Sometimes it happens but it is not a continuous problem.

I have reconfigured my ports..aligned them and also have reset my account with my ISP.

I DO NOT have any type of firewalls or anything of the sort.

So if there is anyone out there that can help me with this problem...i would be very grateful to you.
