Which ports do I need to open on my router in order to be able to run a TS server?

To get server to work behind firewall, nat, masq you
need only to open/forward the 8767 port.

I figured out how to get the server up, but how do I create more than one channel now?

hi

please have a look through the server and client manual (see your TS folder or my signature).

more channels:
can be done by login in with the client, add channel,... check the manual !

I couldnt figure it out from that manual. If somebody could just walk me through it, that would be great. The problem is that I try to create more than one channel and it just changes the name of the channel I just created. If someone could walk me through it step by step, my MSN is forcerecon104********.com. Semper Fi!!!

Set channel flag "Registered" when creating new channels.

That option isn't available when I try to create one.

That means you are not allowed to do that. This results of the fact that you are most likely connecting as anonymous. When connecting use the option "Registered" instead of "Anonymous". As login name use "admin" as User password use the password you got when starting TeamSpeak Server for the very first time (hopefully you wrote it down). If you forgot your password just remove the server installation and re-install it , but this time copy the logins and passwords into a txt file or something , when starting for the first time.

I am unable to save server settings, I get a message saying I have invalid permissions. Yet, I have left all permissions as default.
