boss cant get on my server

I have read all the forums for help but still nothing we both have take are routers off and all fire walls are off and he still can't get in to my server I don't know what else to do so we can talk and play please help

you should not take your router off caus this will probably kill your WAN connection :D

if you have a NAT access just follow the port forwarding described in your router manual (remember, I don't have your manual, so it's you who has to read the manual !).
Check FAQ which ports need to be forwarded !

he has DSL

nope, DSL => make correct port forwarding and make sure no firewall is blocking the traffic
