Connections to our TS server - STRANGE situation

I updated TS to the new version, and all the sudden, I can't connect to our team's server. Everyone else is able to connect. I uninstalled TS, deleted the directory, reinstalled it...still no dice. But what is strange, is I even tried pinging that IP and it timed out. I tried TRACEROUTE on the IP - it timed out.

I can connect to our old server, but no one uses it. I am not behind a firewall nor a router.

Anyone have any suggestions? Is my cable provider doing something strange?

(And yes, I trust my guys and verified the IP several times).

Another thing - I don't have a server.ini anywhere under my TS directory. Did I get a bad installer?

So that if anyone else runs into this situation - the problem was with my cable provider. They are troubleshooting the current worm / viruses and have disabled some support (like pinging and tracert). So try your ISP if you have a similar situation.

The server.ini is just used with the ts-server. So your installer was ok :)
