Process them like they were an algorithm. If you can do that then you can utilize advice in very much the same manner. If not you probably should continue training your cognitive and analytical abilities until you can.

1) your post are nearly not readable. => write it so every one can read it. If you can't do so, ask someone to help you.

2) You give us absolutly NO infos about your system, programm versions, what error you get,....
Without these infos, NO ONE can help you.

Maybe you could try to install RogerWilco ( http://rogerwilco.gamespy.com ) - a free addition to teamspeak, with colorful buttons and other funny gizmos.

write in detail WHY you can not connect and WHAT yu tried ! Which TS client version you are using, which IP to connect, what connection do you have,....
