Packetlosses

For some reason whenever i log into ts now, i get packetlosses that are as high as 20%. Can anyone help me resolve my problem?

this is 99 % a network problem (bad connection to specific TS server, bad network device,....)

there is def. not stright forward answer to this. And of course not after that few info you give us.
