if you have a router => make a port forwarding.

use search to gain more help in this forum about this. read also faq and manuals !

Hey, I'm getting the same problem as Mrix, I followed the instuctions on how to setup a server and i think i done them right.

Anyway, my server is up and my clan friends cant enter it .. it says something like ''server is either offline or doesnt exist'' something like that anyway.

I do have a router aswell, and i saw what Guldi posted but what does he mean by '' if you have a router => make a port forwarding''

Can anyone help me with that please?

this means you have to forward requests to a specific port (the TS server port, default 8767) to your server LAN IP.

read your access device for instruction how to do that (this is highly specific and can therefore not be described here). Make sure no firewall or packet filter is blocking the traffic.
