I don't see how that would even be useful. Using the program requires a Internet connection anyway, as would downloading of email, so you might as well download it from the TeamSpeak site.

Ok, let's get it posted to a binaries newsgroup and post the announcement and an MD5 to somewhere in alt.games. That'll at least make it available if TS.org gets /.'ed.
