Ts causes lag is Mohaa

I play mohaa and whenever I use Ts it causes mohaa to lag. I am positive it is not connection lag. It doesn’t just lag when I press the transmit key, and It doesn’t matter if im sending or receiving data. I lag mostly when im getting shot at or shooting. I use the latest version of direct x. My specs are Anthlon 1.2 GHz, Geforce 2 64mb, 384 Mb of ram. I have a creative SB live Value. What is causing this?

Anthalon ? This must be a falsified Athlon ? Then this could be the reason :)

Does your game have a Sound Hardware acceleration ? If yes try turning it off.

I think it's your 14kbaud modem causing the problems.

im using a cable modem... There is no Sound Hardware acceleration for mohaa.

in your ts-settings / options try using wave as sounddriver. also set ts to high priority in the "other"-tab.

I have similar problems when I'm using direct-sound. You could also try solving your problems with other drivers, because the creative ones seem to cause a lot problems: http://www.teamspeak.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1983

I installed the Kx drivers and It seems to be running better, Its still hard to tell because sometimes it doesnt lag if there are few players on. Thanks for the help, that was bothering me.
