Echo when other people talk

At the moment i cant have it to voice activation because when ever im on TS when other people talk i echo badly. I tried a few things and looked on forum but nout seems to work. Any ideas on how to fix this? cheers

Windows mixer, advanced settings, recording, select mic as recording device, leave everything else turned off. Mute mic as well. Wear headphones. Otherwise use press to talk.
