I've installed the server and noted the admin and superadmin passwords that were generated. I've created a user account for myself and ticked the box for Server admin priveleges.

I'm trying to change the name of the server and the max number of clients from the default of 8 to 10 but when I click on save it says "errror incorrect privelleges" It's the same if I login as admin, superadmin, or my user acount with admin privelleges.

I can connect my user account to the server and use teamspeak ok, I just can't change any of the default settings.

Anyone got any ideas?

Read the FAQ!

To change the number of clients you must be logged in as superadmin.

Thanks for reply.

I have read the FAQ and as I mentioned in my original post, I have tried logging on as admin, superadmin and as user with admin priveleges but I get the same error, the only option I seem to be able to change is the name of the server.

Just to make sure that you really logged in as superadmin: You had an option "Servers" in the main menu of the web interface where you could select the server?
If not you were not logged in as superadmin.

If you had this option, what server version are you running?
I just tested to change the value on my server as superadmin and it worked flawlessly. My server is version 2.0.19.45.

To change max users, you need to connect yourself in supadmin.
But, when connected, you don't see the main menu, so you are unable to change something.
You need, before, to stop server, and switch on again:so, main menu appears.
Then, go to" settings server" and change the max number of users.:o

Lol!

You don't have to stop the server and restart it.

It is enough to select it with the gary arrow (the right most button).
If you don't have that button then something is wrong with you server installation and you should check it.
