Hi,
While using the browser admin interface, and after selecting (the only) server listed, I get this error message when I try to save the changed settings:
"error occured
your selected server is invalid
CONTINUE"
Any idea???

i have exactly the same error msg
Just a guess, but perhaps you changed something in your server.ini file. If you have a backup, try it. Otherwise, backup your server.db, server.ini, and server.log files and then delete the originals. Then run the server again. It will recreate those files for you. Look in the server.log file for your new admin password. Then login with it.
Tip: Make a redundant server admin account immediately. Its so easy to lock yourself out.

to make it more clear:
I get the error message after login.
I see the web interface, select a server (the only one I made) and when I change settings and want to save them this message appears. This means, I know the admin password and I'm logged in as admin :(
Or did I get something wrong?

Try Logging Into Your Server With The Admin Info, Then Going To Self And [b]Admin Register Player With Server Then Where It Shows The Little Box Down Below With [i]Server Admin Unchecked.... Check It Off.

Thx now it works fine (so far :))
for all the others with the same prob:
start server first time and get the admin pw.
start client with the user: admin and its pw (from the server.log)
highlight the user (admin) and open the self menu
click on "admin resister player with server"
Set a new admin and pw.
close client
use the server admin tool (web interface ) with the new admin and pw
thats it (at least on my machine) :)
I ended up using a hex editor to change the password in the db file, worked for me.
