error message

I have Fighter Ace 3.6 installed on my computer. When it's loaded and I try to open teamspeak, I get the error message "OpenDevice Specified Resource is already allocated". The TS window then opens but I cant join a channel.
On it's own - when FA3.6 isnt running - TS works fine
I've re-installed both TS nd FA 3.6 on my machine - same happens - and am now at a loss as to what to do next.
Anyone got any ideas?
I run Win98 se on a PIII 500 with a 64Mb graphics card and an SB audio card. No other programs are running when i try this.

Not sure, but try setting TS to WAVE or DIRECT sound instead and try again.

...but I've already tried doing all that. I've even re-installed everything from scratch.
I can only imagine it's a conflict with something in my OS, but no idea what. :(

:) I had similar conflict message when i was running on Win 98SE. It was not until i upgraded to XP that i was able to use TS with online gaming.
