Can't fix this!!!!

I'm really getting upset about this problem.

My mixer in volume control will not show up. I select volume control, then nothing, it says it's there on the taskbar but no window shows up. I've tried restoring, minimize, then maxing it, nothing works!!

I really need to get into my mixer controls, but the stupid window won't show up.

Yamaha sound card(no idea, might be really old model)

Please help, the window used to show up, but I have no idea what I might've done to do that.

Start -> Settings -> Systemsettings -> Sounds
