One of our great admins told us about this software which I think is great. However, if I had to pick one thing to complain about, it would be that everyone is able to jump on the mic and it makes it very difficult to understand anyone.
My suggestion is this...
Make it so that only one user can talk at a time. If someone is keyed up, then noone else can talk until the user releases the key. Also, to keep mic lockers down, make a setting so a user can only hold the key down for a specified amount of time set by the channel admin and the option for a delay between talking so the user just can't key back up unless they wait for X seconds first.
