How Do I Set Up My Own Server??

How do i go about getting my own clan server up and running i setup the stuff for it in admin, but i haven't uploaded anything to my own site for it to work. so when i connect ofcourse i get the server is down or teamspeak is not running on. please help me find the proper info I need to upload this stuff to my server. Any help I can get is appreciated.

What does that mean?
That you installed the server on your local machine and now you want to know how to get it on a rented server?

If you have a rented server just upload the tar archive via ftp for example and extract it there.
Then go on as described in the server manual.
