Cant Talk

I've gone to the help area and tried everything but nobody can still here me talk. I can hear everyone else but nobody can hear me. I have AC97 and am running Windows ME. Ive done the test with the computer and it works fine but when I go to use TS cant talk.

I'm also running P4, 2.0Ghz PPGA, 256K L2

Any suggestions?
